As the new academic year comes to a start, it has been lovely to look back and remember why we do what we do for our young people; why we wake up each morning and walk through the doors of Launch2Learning; what motivates us to give our all to those who need it.
Our team were asked to stop, take a breather and really thing about these questions - our reasons why.

It was a delight to witness our shared understanding, passion and determination to provide our young people with the best possible outcomes; to work alongside them and listen to what they need from us.

And a difference we have worked as a team to make.
We have seen our students grow in confidence and self-belief; encouraging them that they can do it! They CAN finish that maths question, they CAN write that English complex sentence, they CAN work alongside another student in an educational setting and produce such incredible work. We all know this.

Our team share a vision to support and make a difference to each individual’s life, tackling the barriers to success and offering session which truly benefit our young people.
