Through 1:1, face-to-face sessions, progress and achievements are evidenced, monitored and celebrated in our calm and environmentally consistent centres.
Types Of Support
Circuit Breaker
Ages: 5 -18
Average Time Involved: 6-8 weeks (5 sessions per week)

The Circuit Breaker is a targeted, focused and intense short-term intervention.
This involves structured support to re-establish positive learning habits and self-belief.

Re-engagement with their learning
Reduction in risk of PEX / alternative outcome to PEX
Improved attendance (average 90% increase in attendance vs. previous school attendance
Academic catch-up
Improved resilience
Increased understanding of school expectations and how to build positive relationships
Fairer Futures
Ages: 5 -18
Average Time Involved: 30 weeks (2 sessions per week)

Fairer Futures is a bespoke package of tailored tutoring working towards measurable outcomes in attendance, academic attainment, attitude to learning and self-regulation.
This includes a fully bespoke introduction, including a consultation with parents/carers and commissioners to set achievable targets.
The aim is to re-integrate the young person into their next learning chapter.

Post-16 Bridge
Ages: 16+
Average Time Involved: 12 weeks (2 sessions per week)

The Post-16 Bridge supports the young person’s journey from where they currently are to college, apprenticeships or employment.
This type of support aims to develop organisational, social and emotional resilience and provides accredited qualification to enable them to thrive in their next destination.

Bridges the gap between where the young person is currently and where they want to be next
Tailored support based on interests/aspirations
Functional Skills Maths and English exams ( sat in-house)
Certified BTEC PSHE and Work-skills qualifications
Vocational offers (Driving Theory/Equine Theory/Construction and other career routes)
Soft skill development and volunteering opportunities
Clear pathway plans as to next steps when they move on from L2L
